Meditation Works

Meditation is reaching out to the mind body and soul finding that inner peace that is within, tapping into that inner power that is waiting to be awakened to create that balance that you need to make in your life. When we were children we believed and received the freedom of connecting with our inner self finding that place in our mind quietening the thoughts and going to that dream state having that far away look. Day dreaming is the first time we experience meditation we do this without knowing. To go to the next level we search to find out more about how do I meditate? Am I doing it right, how can I quiet my mind? I can’t visualize what is going on.

 

You will find that different meditation teachers will teach you something  new always remember to take something that works for you, you don’t have to be a carbon copy  of anyone take from this eBook that works for you.  I am here to show you how to meditate and for you to develop your own personal gift of mediation, to help you understand yourself ,what is it that you want for yourself,  remember you are not doing it for anyone but yourself. I am here to take you on a spiritual journey that will change your life, to guide you to reach your inner self to heal all areas in your life and also to teach you to remember the basic things which you may have forgotten.

 

To truly understand meditation you have to firstly understand yourself, there is no book or CD that will make you a master of meditation the learning is endless. You can be enlightened and guided but the real upstanding comes from you no matter what you think,  remember you are unique so there is no right or wrong  way to meditate so long has it works for you.

 

We are here to better our lives with the right frequency you can reach out and bring in the abundance of the different levels of meditation, opening the true spirit that is waiting to start and create that new you, helping you  focus on your dreams and reach that place of peace building and creating that energy to move forward to help you find your true life purpose, receiving messages and guidance from your higher self ,connecting to the healing energy and sharing this experience with yourself and others, through meditation there is no limit, no worries just peace and reassurance that you are on the right path, learn to trust in what you see, what you hear and what you feel learn to let go and embrace the wonderful things that are awaiting you.

 

Meditation is just like a dream, we begin to get into a dream state we all have the ability to dream, and some of us dream each night we might not understand our dreams. When you are meditating you are opening your mind to that dream state of tapping into your consciousness.

Each meditation journey will be different to each person remember you are the only one that can create and change your life breaking free your true spirit to grow.
